I found my dream house but I had to sell my current house in three months.  I tried to sell it by myself for about a month with no luck so I listed it with Tracy Rice and Keller Williams Realty.  One open house and a week later, my house was sold!  It took her a grand total of three weeks to sell my house!  She also negotiated a very fair price on my new house.  What a great Realtor!!
